The composition of the essences was modified to improve the taste, which is why inulin was added. A sweet-tasting dietary fibre, which is essentially a resistant carbohydrate that cannot be digested by our own enzymes, and is a very useful prebiotic. This inulin comes from Jerusalem artichokes. The inulin used in Herbafulvo Essencia Premium is very high purity, avoiding the bloating effect seen with Jerusalem artichoke syrup. Jerusalem artichokes contain about 24% inulin, in addition to about 14% monosaccharides, fructose and glucose, and about 3% sugar alcohol. If you use inulin and you have a bloating problem, it is always caused by the latter two, then the inulin you use has monosaccharide and sugar alcohol.

How to take Herbafulvo essence premium?
The drink complex can be consumed by children and adults alike, has no contraindications or side effects, and can be drunk for life. 40 ml per day is the generally recommended amount, which is 4 centilitres. To measure this, use the measuring cup in the box. This amount can be mixed into tea, soft drinks, water, but the important thing is that the liquid is not hot and fizzy. You can drink it all day long.
