From recommended daily intakes a 1-month supply of Mester Károly's products. Herbafulvo, apple pectin and apple fibre complement each other to support gut health, metabolism and daily fibre intake.
Recommended daily allowances:
Herbafulvo essencia premium with papaya extract - 40ml / day, divided into two portions, after meals
Apple pectin with inulin - 50-100ml/day, depending on the amount of fermentable fibre intake per day
