Card payments are processed through the Stripe system. Supported card types are MasterCard, VISA, American Express.
On the "Cashier" page, select "Credit Card (Stripe)" and enter your credit card details in the drop-down box. The details are as follows. Once you have entered your card details, click "Place Order" to start the transaction.
Stripe will start debiting the cardholder's account for the amount of the transaction. If there is a problem, we will inform you of the details of the problem on the transaction page and give you further instructions on how to change the data. After a successful payment, you will be automatically returned to our card payment completion page where you will receive feedback on the outcome of the transaction. If you click on the "Back" or "Refresh" button on the payment page, or close the browser window before being redirected back to the current page, the payment may or may not be successful. You will be notified by email of the outcome of a successful transaction. Failed transactions will be displayed on the Stripe transaction page.
The security of the credit card payment solution offered by Stripe is based on the separation of data. The ordering system receives the order information from the customer, while Stripe only receives the card details necessary for the payment transaction on the TLS-encrypted payment page. The content of the payment page is not communicated to the ordering system and is only accessible to Stripe. The result of the transaction is transmitted to the ordering system page after payment. For payment by card, the Internet browser must support SSL encryption. The value of the service purchased, i.e. the amount paid, is immediately blocked on your card account.
MD Vital Ltd does not store or retain your credit card details in any way. The data is stored in Stripe.

Delivery:
We use environmentally friendly packaging to avoid waste. Our glass bottles ensure that our additive-free products remain fresh and of high quality. We ensure your order is safe and easy to handle.
Your order will be delivered to the courier service the same day if it arrives before 14:00 on working days.
The parcels are packed by Webshippy Ltd. and delivered by GLS, DHL, DPD, Austrian Post, Deutsche Post or packeta.com and its partners. When the parcel is dispatched, Webshippy will send an email with the tracking number of the parcel to confirm dispatch. The delivery service will also send you a notification email with the tracking number and the expected delivery time (this may vary from provider to provider).
If you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address when ordering, the courier service will not be able to deliver your parcel. In this case, you will be contacted by e-mail to clarify the delivery address.
If we do not receive a reply to these emails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse in a few working days. As this will incur additional costs for us, we are not able to resend the parcel free of charge.
In case of an unclaimed and returned parcel, you have the following options:
- You will be charged for packaging, handling and delivery. Once this invoice has been settled, we will send you the products you ordered again.
- For a completely new order, the products already paid for will be added to the new order.
- The purchase price paid will be refunded, minus 5% handling charges and the costs of packaging, parcel handling and delivery.
The package will be delivered to your door. You can change the delivery method at any time by sending an e-mail to the courier.
If the delivery fails, you have the option to collect the parcel from the nearest parcel collection point. You will receive an e-mail notification of this. If the parcel is not collected within five working days, it will be returned to our warehouse.
In this case, we may resend the products you have purchased to you in accordance with the rules for unclaimed parcels.
Delivery is currently possible to the following countries and by the following modes of transport. Estimated delivery times are shown next to each country name, as well as available delivery and payment options*. Shipping costs for each country are calculated automatically on the checkout page after you have entered the shipping address and the number of items ordered.

Information on orders sent outside the European Union
Dear Customers!
If you wish to order from a country outside the European Union, please read our information sheet before placing your order. Different rules apply for such purchases than for parcels sent within the EU.
Which countries do orders from belong to:

- So-called third territories in Europe that are not part of the European Union: Mount Athos, the Canary Islands, the French overseas departments, the Åland Islands, Heligoland, the territory of Büsingen, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno, Campione d' Italia and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano.
What are the transport options?
We can only send parcels to these countries by DHL Express air freight. DHL takes care of the import customs clearance in each country and delivers the parcel to your door in a short delivery time of 3-5 working days. The delivery charges are therefore higher than for a road shipment within the EU.
How does the VAT payment work for parcels sent abroad (so-called distance selling)?
If we are sending a parcel to a private individual within the EU, the order summary will include the VAT for the customer's country in the total amount.
If you are sending a parcel outside the EU, VAT is not included in the total amount in the order summary. VAT is payable separately by the customer via DHL before the parcel is received.
Why can't we tell you exactly how much more you have to pay before you receive your parcel?
For countries outside the EU, we do not keep track of the actual VAT payable, possible customs duties and duty-free thresholds. DHL will provide you with all the information before you receive your parcel and you can easily settle the necessary charges through them.
How do we contribute to a fast and smooth import process?
The invoice will indicate the commodity code of the products and the country of origin. We also include a printout of the invoice in the package.
